Why another fitness program?

I know what you’re probably thinking. You’ve been on all of the special diets, you tried going vegan for a week, you did the juice cleanses, intermittent fasting, ketogenic diet, the low carb, high protein diet, the lemonade diets. I’m sure you’ve followed the fitness guru who told you their way was the best way and promised you rapid results. You’ve been bombarded with messages from the media and pop culture that tell you thin is what’s in, being skinny is healthy, abs are the template, strive to get that perfect beach body.

You followed the hottest celebrity dieting tips, you’ve starved yourself, you’ve bought all of the diet food, taken the diet pills, the fat burners, and supplements. You’ve joined the gym and walked hours on the treadmill, done the HIIT workouts, CrossFit, worked out until you’ve felt sick, and taken all of the aerobics classes the world has to offer. You’ve counted calories, scientifically measured your macros, done the meal prep, followed the meal plan, slashed your calories in half, and done the clean eating with a side of cheat meals

Electric Body is for the people who don’t fit the mold that the fitness status quo preaches about. We’re the champions of the people who make their own path. Some of the things I listed are toxic, some of them are perfectly fine. I’m not here to vilify anyone or anything, I’m here to say that there is no one path to follow except for the path you create for yourself.
